I've spent a lot of time thinking about what makes the difference between teams that get stuck and teams that break through. It's rarely talent — most teams have plenty of that. It's usually leverage: the right tools, the right framing, the right system that lets people focus on the work that actually matters. That's what I love to build. I've learned — often the hard way — that the best work disappears into the background. I build systems that people actually want to use, and watch what happens when they do.
I'm less interested in doing the work than in seeing the whole picture — understanding why this person thrives here and that process breaks there, and shaping the conditions so everything elevates.
